Terms of Service
​Key Responsibilities (Customer)

Site access: You must ensure valves are fully accessible (not buried, submerged, or obstructed).

System preparation: You are responsible for shutting off upstream/downstream valves and ensuring zero pressure (and draining if needed) before service begins.

Safety: You must provide a safe work environment and inform technicians of any hazards (confined spaces, ladders, manholes, etc.).

Lifting equipment:

Valves 8 inches or larger require lifting access (e.g., crane).
-
If you provide lifting equipment, you are responsible for operating it.

Costs & Billing

Delays caused by site issues (e.g., inaccessible valves, faulty isolation valves) will be billed at standard labor rates.

The estimate does NOT include replacement parts (wear items) unless explicitly stated.

Work is scheduled during normal business hours; after-hours or weekend work costs extra.

The estimate:

Is valid for 30 days

Is not guaranteed (final billing is based on actual time and materials)

Payment Terms

By agreeing, you confirm you have authority to commit your organization to payment.

Net 30 on all Invoices (unless otherwise agreed).

Late payments accrue 1% interest per month.

You’re mainly responsible for access, safety, and preparation, while the company charges based on actual work performed, with additional costs possible for delays, extra hours, or parts.
